About Fesztiva card

The introduction of the Fesztiva card is a major infrastructure development since 2011. The new system successfully passed the test last year. These electronic cards were used by wine-growers, exhibitors and catering units, the Fesztiva point is the official means of payment at the Etyek festivals. |
The Fesztiva cards can be purchased and topped up at the usual points of sale, and all you need to do in the cellars, at the exhibitors and catering units is to touch in with the card at the installed terminals.
All prices are indicated in Fesztiva points. The winemakers, the exhibitors and the catering units set prices in Fesztiva points and not in Forints. 1 Fesztiva point equals 1 forint, therefore, from now on 100 Fesztiva points are to be paid for a product that had the price of 100 HUF. Similarly, for example, your card will be charged at the points of sale with 3000 Fesztiva points for 3000 HUF.
You can see your balance both when topping up and upon the purchase, so you can continuously keep track of your Fesztiva points, and if necessary, the card can be once again topped up at any time and for any amount.
The Fesztiva card can be used every year at both festivals, so it is enough to buy it once. The price of the card is 1000 HUF. Please, note that the Fesztiva card cannot be redeemed. The Fesztiva points cannot be brought over and used at the next festival, but the unused points can be redeemed at the redemption spots during the Kezes-lábos festival until 10 p.m. on Saturday and until 8 p.m. on Sunday.
We hope that this system - the first to be introduced in Hungary - will be convenient for you as you only need to carry one single card, moreover, topping up and tasting also gets quicker. Transport
Direct bus services are launched from Budapest, Kelenföldi Pályaudvar, to Etyek. Check the timetable here!
Etyek is closed down for car traffic through the whole weekend, between 9.00 a.m. and 8.00 p.m. The visitors are taken to the festival area in mini buses from the parking areas outside the village. All local services inside the village can be used unlimited times with the daily tickets that are valid for the mini buses. The bus ticket may not be redeemed!
Ticket prices:
- aged 0-6 - free of charge
- aged 6-12 and pensioners - 300 HUF / day
- aged above 12 - 700 HUF / day
Parking ticket: 800 HUF / day. The price includes one adult bus ticket.
Safety for children
Children supervision and diaper-changing facility on Búcsú tér, at the venue of children's programs.
Information to the physically handicapped
Our physically handicapped visitors may drive into Etyek and may use the parking lots marked out for them behind the CBA store (see map).
Special toilets are reserved for them at Búcsú tér, on Kálvária Hill and in Kecskegödör.

- Tasting glass - 800 Fesztiva points

The tasting glass cannot be redeemed.
Wine-tasting and purchase is permitted exclusively with the Fesztiva card at the gastronomy exhibition, at the cellars and exhibitors officially taking part in the festival marked with the Fesztiva and Kezes-lábos festival logo. The organisers assume liability only for the quality of wines and products tasted and purchased here!
The information tents are open from 10.00 a.m. until 7.00 p.m. on Saturday, and from 10.00 a.m. until 6.00 p.m. on Sunday. The Fesztiva card can be topped up only during the festival period.
